Mix well before use. Apply to dry or damp hair using a small makeup brush or hair-friendly paint brush for precise placement. Build as needed for added intensity and hold. To remove gently comb out using a comb, then shampoo if needed. Avoid eye contact. For external use only. Adult supervision recommended. For a more earth-friendly cleanup, remove excess glitter before washing.
